Please read below carefully before booking.

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONARY POLICY AND PROCEDURE:

Please arrive to your appointment 10-5 minutes before your hand.
Hand sanitizer will be available for use.
No extra guests, just the person the appointment is for.
One client at a time will be serviced by appointment only.
My station and lash bed will be sanitized and disinfected in between every client.

DEPOSITS:

All deposits are required to book any service and are NON-REFUNDABLE and only transferable ONCE.

Once you've booked an appointment a deposit will be charged to the card on file.

All deposits go toward your service.

PAYMENT OPTIONS (REMAINING BALANCE):

I accept cash, Zelle, or major debit/credit cards with a Square Reader.

ATTENDANCE POLICY:

I offer a 10 minute grace period, after the 10 minute mark you will be charged a non-negotiable late fee of $15.

After 15 mins your appointment will be automatically nullified.

NO CALL/NO SHOW will result in the card on file being charged 100% of the service booked + a $15 no call/no show fee.

CANCELLATIONS:

If an appointment is cancelled at the 48 hour mark of your appointment, you will be charged 25% of your service as a cancellation fee. If an appointment is cancelled within 48-24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service as a cancellation fee. If you no show your appointment or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged 100% of your service as a cancellation fee. Appointments booked, 48 hours or less prior to service are still subject to our cancellation policy.

FOREIGN FILLS:

I do not accept foreign fills and will not fill over any other lash artist's work. Please book a full lash set with 30% to zero lash extensions on. (If you book a full set with left over lashes I will hand remove them while doing the full set.)

REFILL POLICY:

Please book a refill set for no longer than 20 days after your previous appointment in order for it to qualify as a refill. Also please note to qualify for a refill you will also need 50% or more of your lash extensions on. Failure to comply with this policy will result in being charged a full set or rescheduling.

HOW TO GET READY FOR YOUR LASH APPOINTMENT:

Please arrive to your appointment with clean lashes and ZERO caffeine in your body. They must be free of mascara, makeup, eyeliner, oils, etc. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a reschedule and a new deposit. The purpose of having clean lashes is to assure the best retention possible.

NOTE:

After 24 hours from your scheduled appointment I am not obligated to fix or fill-in your lashes. Any concerns should be communicated within that timeframe.

By submitting your NON-REFUNDABLE deposit you understand and agree to the policies.
